Our weekly workout schedule is now 3 trainings
sessions per week:
Tuesday and Thursday nights,
6:30pm (sharp!), track workout at
Kezar Stadium.
If the track is closed to us for some reason, we will meet there and decide the
workout. Remember come dressed to workout and dress warmly - layers are good; if
the weather is warm you can always peel off a layer. Sunny weather
downtown or in the East Bay doesn't mean its sunny or warm out at Kezar |

| Also: for
this season, if possible, bring a stopwatch every practice.
Inexpensive stopwatches are available at Copelands and other sporting goods
outlets (under $10). Many of our workouts will be based on timed segments,
so a stopwatch may be necessary. Also, its encouraging to watch your
progress during the season as you whittle your time down week to week, month
to month. And if you have a relay baton, bring that as well. The sooner you
start getting familiar with handoffs, the smoother your relay exchanges will
be. if you're interested in being on a relay team (4x100, 4x200 and/or
4x400) make your intentions known!
