Practice sessions start with a 1 mile warmup (4 laps), followed by stretching (approx 1/2 hour), then proceed to 3-8 drills (50-100 meters). Workouts follow and vary depending on event(s) and time of season. A 400-800m jog warmdown usually ends the practice.
