Granada High School, Livermore, CA
Masters 35 and over only. The Field will
begin at 5:00pm and the relays at 6:00pm.

Fees TBD: 4 events or less; 5-8 events; 8+ events
Individual open: $15
first event, $5 additional
There will have team
trophies for the top three teams. Teams outside the Pacific
Association aren't eligible for trophies, but medals will be given in some
individual open events - check the web page when it becomes available:

Field events:
Shot, discus, high jump and long jump
(minimum required one female and one male from each team to score)
Schedule:
5:00pm: field
events
6:00pm: 4x 100, Required one female 45+ and one male 50+
6:15pm: Pyramid Relay (400, 800,1200, 800, 400), two females, 1 female 45+
6:30pm: Senior Relay 400,200,600,400, All 50+ with one female and one runner
60+
6:45pm: Co-ed team 800, Combined age 75+
6:55pm: Open 200 invite Men/women 3-4 heats?
7:15pm: Sprint Relay 200,220, 400, 800, two female runners any age
7:25pm: Distance Relay 1200, 400, 800, 1600, one female 35+ and 1 male age
55+
7:45pm: Open 2000 meter run, women
8:00pm: Open 2000 meter run, men
8:15pm: 4x400, two female runners required any age
